Agreement

By using RawRise (rawrise.polsia.app), you agree to these terms. RawRise is operated by Tiffani Holder. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What RawRise Provides

RawRise is a done-for-you content service that turns your personal story and experiences into social media content. This includes:

• AI-generated content samples based on your story
• Full-service content management for subscribers
• Content strategy and platform-specific formatting

Your Content

The stories and information you share with us remain yours. By submitting, you grant RawRise permission to use your content solely to generate and deliver the services you requested. We do not claim ownership over your story or the content we create from it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RawRise to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Resell or redistribute RawRise-generated content as a competing service

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@rawrise.co within 30 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

Limitation of Liability

RawRise is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results from your content. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of RawRise after updates means you accept the new terms.
